ASSIGNMENTS
We currently provide staffing on a PRN basis primarily to clients within Texas, and we are planning to expand into additional regions within the next year. Work hours depend on the needs of each client, and employees may choose which assignments to accept.
Each of our employees will be oriented to the client facility prior to being placed. We will help you every step of the way by providing you with the facility information, where to report, driving directions, parking, dress code, and other pertinent information. Even though we work with many clients, most employees tend to favor working with a select few once they become familiar with them. This allows our employees and clients to become comfortable with each other, and the more comfortable you are in the work setting, the better you look as a professional.
PAY RATES
Your rate of pay will depend on the years of experience and the units you have worked in. We offer the same rate of pay regardless of the facility you may work for.
Weekday rates differ with weekend rates. In addition, there is also a separate rate for specialty units.
We offer half-pay for orientation, and holiday pay offers one and one half times the normal rate.
We withhold taxes on your behalf.
We offer daily pay and weekly pay with direct deposit available.

REFERRALS
Send us your referrals! We value our employees’ judgments in referring qualified candidates to our agency. We award a bonus of up to $150 per RN, $100 per LPN/LVN and $50 per CNA upon completion of ten 12-hour shifts. For more information, please give us a call at 214-660-7272.
